- Go to the uptime website or Support site and click on the Community Forums tab at the top or go directly to the Community Forum site.
- Note: if you have previously registered with uptime, click the Log In link on the top right. If you have not yet registered, click the Register link on the top right of the page.
- Enter the information and follow the forms to complete the registration process.
