The SNMP monitor uses a Java-based applet to browse and select OIDs from available MIB files.  On some browsers you may find that the applet fails to load, which makes the browser window appear as if it has hung.

To resolve this issue:

  • Ensure that your browser has Java enabled.
  • Adjust your browser's security settings to trust the Uptime Infrastructure Monitor monitoring station's URL.
  • Confirm that your JRE version is compatible with Uptime Infrastructure Monitor (you must have the JRE 1.6.0_17 or later browser plugin installed).
