It is possible to generate graphs and reports using historical service metrics data. To enable this functionality, you need to select the Retained Data check-box in the service monitor as this will instruct Uptime Infrastructure Monitor to store the collected data.
After Uptime Infrastructure Monitor has collected sufficient data, click on the following selections:
- My Enterprise.
- The system that the service monitor is monitoring.
- Services (on the top left menu).
- Service Metrics.
Finally, choose the metrics that you want to graph and click Generate Graph.
If you want to generate a report, select the Service Metrics report and graph the desired data.
