Depending on how the server was built, dependencies may need to be installed. Although we cannot guarantee compatibility with every distribution and custom builds of common distributions, if you encounter any issues installing the Uptime Infrastructure Monitor Agent for Linux .rpm or .deb packages on your Linux server, contact Support at [email protected] for a best effort analysis.
