You can install Uptime Infrastructure Monitor Agents for Linux u=

tallations of Agents.
Before trying to install an agent, ensure that the RPM

code>dpkg utilities are installed and in the path by typing =
which rpm
or which dpkg
at the command line.
Uptime Agents require 'perl' and 'net-tools' packages. Use the following= command to install:
yum install perl
yum install net-tools
To run the Uptime Agent with xinetd, install the xinetd package using th= e following command:
yum install xinetd
To install an agent on a Linux system, do the following:
