To resolve this issue, collation for the uptime database on SQL Server sho=
uld be set to: SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS.
You can find this setting under the options section when creating the data=
base.
Note that the database will have to be recreated because the collation p= arameter can not be changed after the DB is created.
