License key problems generally fall into one of the following areas:&nbs= p;

You need an updated license key because a) you want to move the Upti= me Infrastructure Monitor Monitoring Station to a different platform or b) = the HostID on your current platform has changed.

You recently upgraded your Uptime Infrastructure Monitor Monitoring = Station version and Uptime Infrastructure Monitor has stopped monitoring.= p>
If you are upgrading to a new major relea= se version (e.g. from 5.x to 6.x or 6.x to 7.x), you will need to retrieve = a new license key from the License Portal (login required). To complete thi= s process, login to the License Portal, = identify the Deployment that you have upgraded, select the =E2=80=9CUpgrade= my Deployment link=E2=80=9D and follow the onscreen instructions.
