To generate an ESX Instance Motion graph, add your ESX servers to Uptime Infrastructure Monitor and then complete the following steps:

1. In the Global Scan or My Infrastructure panel, click the name of the ESX server that is hosting the instance whose information you want to graph.
2. In the Tree panel, click the Graphing tab.
3. Click the Instance Motion link.
4. Select the start and end dates and times for which the graph will chart data.
5. Click Generate Graph.
