To provide this level of access, create a new user role with the following capabilities:
\n- Add Maintenance Profile
- Assign Maintenance to Host
- Assign Maintenance to Service
The user role should have Add / Edit enabled for:
\n- Services
- Time Periods
- Service Level Agreements
After the user role is created, add a new user, assign this role and ensure that the user has visibility of the systems that he/she needs to put into maintenance. This final point can be managed by assigning the user to the appropriate user group(s).
