This error message appears if up.time is not able to collect all required performance metrics from the MySQL database. There are several potential reasons that may cause this condition:
- The user does not have full permissions. To test this, validate that the user has the ability to execute Show Status.
- The MySQL version is earlier than 4.x. Older versions of MySQL are not supported.
- A selected metric is not working. Try removing selected metrics until the monitor functions correctly.
