You may occasionally encounter errors (e.g. directory checksum error) when extracting the up.time Uptime Infrastructure Monitore agent installation package. Follow these steps to help resolve this issue:

- Download the agent package again.
- Ensure that all file transfers are completed in BINARY mode (inlcuding including FTP / NFS transfers).
- Do not edit the installer file with a text editor.
