Assuming you have the correct credentials, there are two common conditions that may prevent you from being able to login log in to Uptime Infrastructure Monitor:
- Your browser does not allow cookies.
- The Uptime Infrastructure Monitor apache server is not able to create a session. This scenario can typically be detected by errors in the phperrors.log file indicating that apache can not cannot write to the standard temporary directory.
