Note that this table is updated at the time of each Uptime Infrastructure Monitor product release. Official support status indicates that the platform and OS has completed full QA testing during the Uptime Infrastructure Monitor release process. Agents can usually be installed on newer (and many older) OS releases but please contact uptime-support@uptimesoftwaresupport@idera.com for any questions about OS versions not listed on this table.

Popular Linux distributions like CentOS, Fedora, Debian, etc. will work with the most recently released Uptime Infrastructure Monitor Agent. Depending on how the server was built, dependencies may need to be installed. Although we cannot guarantee compatibility with every distribution and custom builds of common distributions, if you encounter any issues installing the Uptime Infrastructure Monitor Agent for Linux .rpm or .deb packages on your Linux server, contact Support at support@uptimesoftware uptime-support@idera.com for a best effort analysis. |
