To receive popup alerts from up.time, the Windows messaging service must be enabled on the recipient's computer.
Follow these steps to enable the Windows messaging service:
- In Windows, select Start > Control Panel.
- In the Control Panel, double click Administrative Tools, and then double click Services.
The Services window appears.
- Find and then double click Messenger in the list of services.
The Messenger Properties dialog box appears.
- In the Messenger Properties dialog box, select Automatic from the Startup type dropdown list.
- Click Apply.
